- Optimize keywords and ad creatives to exceed revenue and return on ad spend targets
- Analyze performance and adjust bids, audiences and budgets to grow high-performing markets
- Launch and refine campaigns and original creatives to expand share in growth markets
- Resolve tracking discrepancies to keep campaign attribution reliable
- Share actionable growth opportunities with ecommerce and sales teams

- Track record of exceeding revenue and customer acquisition goals
- At least six years of hands-on Google Ads setup, management and reporting
