  • Write functional design documents and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX supply chain modules
  • Partner with developers on custom extensions and integration points
  • Evaluate and connect third-party tools such as demand planning systems and supplier portals
  • Use SQL and Power BI to check data flows and resolve master data issues
  • Write test scenarios, run user acceptance testing and support go-live and hypercare
