What you will do
- Handle technical operations requests from first line support on transaction and payment method issues
- Roll out customization of new client payment methods on client websites
- Troubleshoot transaction and payment method problems
- Keep payment systems running efficiently and analyze recurring payment issues
- Report findings and work with second line, finance, account managers and business clients
What they look for
- Experience in fintech or payments as an operations manager or B2B technical support at second line
- Clear understanding of how payment systems work
- Strong knowledge of transaction flows
- Knowledge of web architecture basics
- Higher or incomplete higher education, technical graduates preferred
- English and Russian at upper intermediate level or above
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA, Jenkins and Gitlab
- Experience with monitoring systems such as ELK
