- Serve as primary and backup contact for client engagements and maintain relationships
- Present written and verbal status reports and keep key client documents current
- Coordinate project requirements and expectations across internal groups and the client
- Create and manage internal work plans while ensuring quality meets contractual standards
- Identify upsell chances, meet prospective clients and lead sales presentations and demos
- Support proposal research, financial analysis, writing and production
