What you will do
- Handle daily HubSpot administration covering users, permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows and integrations
- Strengthen lead capture, routing, qualification and handover between teams
- Build and maintain automation that cuts manual effort and supports consistent follow-up
- Raise data quality with clear standards, deduplication and routine checks
- Create dashboards and reports on pipeline, conversion, activity and customer performance
- Translate business needs into HubSpot solutions with sales, marketing, customer success and leadership
