Senior Manager, Virtual Construction

About the role

A leadership role heading virtual construction functions such as BIM coordination, clash detection, 4D sequencing and model based quality control across concurrent projects nationwide.

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the virtual construction practice
• Integrate virtual construction methods into project delivery across coordination, sequencing and quality control
• Create and enforce department standards and BIM execution plans
• Manage schedules, staffing and budgets for virtual construction scope on multiple projects
• Lead and develop a team of associates and managers, including succession planning

What they look for

• Experience leading virtual construction or BIM teams
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection and 4D sequencing workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and allocate people and budget
• Strong collaboration with clients, designers, engineers and trade partners
• Willingness to travel about a quarter of the time to sites and regional offices

Pay

USD 120,000 to 165,000 per year
