Territory Development Representative

About the role

Find and develop new sales opportunities for personal protective equipment across a western Canadian territory, building accounts before handing them to the account management team.

What you will do

• Prospect and acquire new accounts with high growth potential using market and account data
• Pursue targets through outreach, site visits and face-to-face meetings with facility managers and procurement teams
• Grow newly acquired accounts through cross-selling, product expansion and relationship building
• Deliver training presentations to new customers and long-tail channel partners
• Work with marketing and technical teams on market research, launches and promotional projects
• Hand off matured accounts once they reach revenue or repeat purchase milestones

What they look for

• High school diploma or GED completed and verified before start
• One year of Salesforce experience

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree completed and verified before start
• Proven record of growing sales with emerging markets and accounts
• Experience in end-user and distribution selling and support
