A client is hiring someone to run paid customer acquisition and grow profitably across digital ad channels. The role covers strategy, budgets, testing and reporting.
What you will do
- Run and improve campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels
- Own ad budgets, spend allocation and pacing
- Track and lift CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
- Test creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages
- Set up and check conversion tracking and attribution
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations
What they look for
- At least three years in performance marketing or paid media
- Hands on skill with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing substantial ad budgets
- Solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, tracking, attribution and optimisation
- A record of improving ROAS or acquisition efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and independent campaign management
