Owns the design and delivery of agentic AI capabilities for a platform, acting as a hands-on builder while leading a small engineering pod.

Design, build and own AI agent workflows across user interfaces and internal tools
Write and ship production code alongside the team every sprint
Architect multi-step agentic pipelines tied to data, decisioning and activation layers
Integrate large language models, including prompts, tool use and structured outputs
Build evaluation frameworks to keep AI output reliable, auditable and safe
Guide and review the work of AI engineering contractors in the pod

Six or more years in software or ML engineering, with one to two years on LLM or agentic AI work
Hands-on experience building production agentic systems and multi-turn pipelines
Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and vector search in production
Strong Python skills for shipping production-grade AI systems
Experience integrating LLM APIs into real applications
Ability to lead a small team and manage contractor resources

Orchestrating multi-agent systems across long-running workflows
Integrating agentic AI into enterprise software and external systems such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience Platform
