Lead Ariba Systems Administrator

About the role

Lead the administration and support of the SAP Ariba platform so procurement and source-to-pay operations run reliably. The role links procurement, finance, IT and business users and drives process improvement.

What you will do

• Administer Ariba configuration, workflows, approval rules, master data and integrations
• Manage user access and permissions and troubleshoot system and user issues
• Translate business needs into functional documentation and process improvements
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, testing and production deployments
• Lead test management and defect tracking for procure to pay issues
• Support end-user training, reporting, compliance and data quality

• Experience administering and supporting the SAP Ariba platform
• Ability to lead, act as subject expert and serve as escalation point
• Skill in evaluating processes and translating requirements into solutions
• Experience developing test scenarios and scripts for upgrades and implementations
• Ability to learn new technologies and communicate with non-procurement stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and problem solving on procurement system issues
