Learning and Development Advisor

About the role

A remote or hybrid role helping to shape and grow learning and development provision for staff and partners around the world, with room to take on more responsibility over time.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver learning activities for staff and mission partners
• Give practical learning and development guidance to managers and individuals
• Improve the organisation's digital learning systems and tools
• Support key learning programmes and partner development efforts
• Handle evaluation, operations and general organisational duties
