What you will do
- Advise HR on employment terms, contractor engagements and offboarding, and draft related documents
- Handle corporate housekeeping, filing documents in line with regulations and keeping records organised
- Improve legal templates, processes and policies, and monitor regulatory developments
- Review NDAs and track contract obligations, renewals and deadlines
- Support privacy and security work, including data processing agreements and security addenda

- A legal degree from an accredited institution
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing and editing contracts
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to handle several tasks at once
- Exceptional written and spoken English, able to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers

- Qualification to practise law in at least one jurisdiction
- Experience with commercial contracts, corporate housekeeping or employment matters
