Handle travel-related customer and partner inquiries in German and English, covering bookings, payments, changes and refunds. The role supports a smooth travel experience in a fast-paced international setting.
What you will do
- Answer customer questions by phone, email and messaging in German and English
- Help with account questions, existing bookings, payments and complaints
- Process cancellation and booking change requests efficiently
- Issue refunds and settle customer concerns
- Assist business partners with account and platform questions
- Track customer reviews and share relevant information when asked
What they look for
- German at native or C1+ level
- English at B2+ level for training, systems and internal communication
- Strong written communication skills
- Solid PC skills including Windows, basic troubleshooting and keyboard shortcuts
- Good multitasking ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Nice to have
- Prior contact centre or hospitality experience
