What you will do

• Plan and run omnichannel ad campaigns that match client marketing goals
• Watch delivery against CPM, ROAS and CTR, then adjust to improve results
• Own campaign setup, fix technical problems and connect campaigns to internal systems
• Work with sales, product, engineering and analytics colleagues on campaign success
• Build joint business plans with clients using forecasts and customer insights
• Present results and recommendations to clients and senior leadership

What they look for

• Hands-on record of running omnichannel ad campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Solid grasp of media planning, campaign management and digital marketing analytics
• Able to turn client goals into media plans backed by data
• Experience fixing ad tech platform issues and tuning campaign performance
• Comfortable managing relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders
• Has mentored team members and led improvement work
