Director, Integrated Strategy

About the role

Develop and execute integrated strategy work for one or two B2B brands, one a multi-brand healthcare enterprise. The role unites brand strategy and connections strategy into coherent briefs that guide creative, content, experience and media teams.

What you will do

• Translate strategic direction into inspiring insights and briefs grounded in buyer insight and media possibility
• Build the strategic rationale and brand worlds that give ideas character and specificity
• Guide creative teams to the insight behind their work and help media teams see how ideas scale
• Develop content and sales enablement strategies that elevate the brand and optimize for LLMs
• Map where ideas reach buying groups across paid, owned, social and influencer channels
• Align creative, content, media, social and influencer partners so strategy stays consistent
