What you will do
- Set and keep improving performance creative strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and other paid channels
- Spot fresh concepts, angles, hooks, offers, formats and messaging from performance data, customer insight and market trends
- Write actionable creative briefs and give practical feedback on ads before they launch
- Work with founders, marketers, media buyers and creators to decide what to make, why, how to test it and what to do next
