Partnerships Account Manager

About the role

The role supports the partnerships team in giving patients and referral sources a strong experience along the path into care. It also keeps internal systems accurate and efficient so people can reach the right treatment quickly.

What you will do

• Design performance standards and metrics with other teams and manage the team against them
• Keep improving pre-admission, in-care and post-care processes for efficiency, accuracy and scale
• Spot chances to automate and streamline operational workflows
• Educate key stakeholders about the service and remove barriers to access
• Build programs suited to the mental health needs of employee groups
• Support complex admissions and discharge workflows while keeping data quality high
