Social Media and Organic Content Manager

About the role

Own the organic strategy, content production, publishing and community growth across the main social channels to build brand authority and drive supplement and coaching sales.

What you will do

• Build authority pages used as destinations for paid social ads
• Write captions, design graphics and edit short videos when speed requires it
• Engage followers, answer questions and track views, engagement, follower growth and site traffic

What they look for

• Proven record of scaling social accounts for ecommerce or digital brands, with growth metrics supplied
• Background using organic content to drive sales and leads for consumer products or coaching
• Skill in short-form video editing, basic graphic design and persuasive copywriting
• Reliable high-speed internet and a fast laptop able to run editing and design software
• Ability to set strategy while staying hands-on in daily execution
• Knowledge of channel-specific practices on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat
