Language Access Partnerships Program Manager

About the role

Owns the enterprise strategy for managing vendors that supply interpreting and translation services, covering selection, contracts, performance and cost. Works with legal, procurement and compliance partners to keep services reliable and compliant.

What you will do

• Set and run the enterprise strategy for managing all language services vendors
• Handle vendor selection, qualification and contracting for interpreter agencies and translation providers
• Track vendor results against service level agreements, quality standards and contract terms
• Reduce costs through negotiations, volume management and rate analysis
• Build vendor scorecards, performance dashboards and recurring business reviews
• Verify vendor compliance with credentialing policies, regulations and internal standards

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, healthcare administration or a similar field
• Expertise in vendor selection, contracting, performance monitoring and relationship management
• Proven contract negotiation skills, including managing service level agreements
• Ability to analyze costs, rates, volumes and return on investment
• Familiarity with healthcare vendor compliance, credentialing and regulatory standards

Nice to have

• Vendor management, procurement or contract management certification

Pay

USD 51.05 to 76.60 per hour
