Lead the regional aftersales organisation across North and South America, managing field service and helpdesk engineers who support a portfolio of laboratory and clinical products. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical service and partner management.
What you will do
- Lead, coach and develop field service and helpdesk engineers across the Americas region
- Oversee daily aftersales operations and keep technical support delivery efficient
- Handle technical escalations and complex troubleshooting together with internal experts
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and third-party service partners
- Travel across the Americas to support staff, partners and customers, giving on-site service when needed
