The team runs prescription processing and patient support at a growing pharmacy operation, and the role sets the standards for quality, compliance and staff engagement as new programs launch.

At a glance

What you will do

• Own the day to day workflows of the contact center and clinical operations.
• Watch efficiency, service level and quality metrics for prescription processing and step in when they slip.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate staff, and handle disciplinary steps when needed.
• Build and enforce workflows for new partnerships, product launches and accreditation rules.
• Keep pharmacy practice compliant with regulators, payors and internal policy, and represent the company before pharmacy boards.
• Triage escalations and manage staffing, scheduling and manager on duty duties.

• Deep knowledge of pharmacy regulations and clinical judgment grounded in patient safety.
• Experience supervising a team, with a record of improving quality and patient experience.
• Ability to work across departments to design new processes and programs.
• Willingness to obtain out of state licensure for business continuity and growth.
