Manager, CRM Marketing

About the role

Lead a small CRM team that plans and runs lifecycle marketing campaigns, shaping segmentation, channel mix and personalization to improve engagement and retention.

What you will do

• Guide a CRM strategy team in planning and running campaigns across the customer journey
• Map customer journeys and touchpoints to improve the overall experience
• Own customer segmentation and evaluate campaign and segment performance with analytics
• Coordinate cross channel personalization and oversee A/B testing and experimentation
• Manage the CRM campaign calendar and mentor team members on lifecycle thinking

What they look for

• At least seven years in CRM, email, lifecycle or customer success marketing
• Understanding of email, in app and push marketing practices, plus copywriting ability
• Ability to analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable insights
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Record of managing stakeholders and multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills

Nice to have

• Degree in marketing, business, communications or analytics
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze or Moveable Ink
• Experience in daily fantasy sports or gaming

Pay

USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year
