  • Triage tickets, set priorities and keep stakeholders informed through to resolution
  • Track ticket volumes, aging items and resolution times to help plan team capacity
  • Work with finance, manufacturing, quality and external partners on data and system issues
  • Keep SOPs, work instructions, process maps and training materials up to date
