Supply Chain Specialist (Architectural Products)

About the role

Coordinate the full supply chain for a curated portfolio of architectural and interior products, keeping stock available and shipments on track for customers and projects.

What you will do

• Plan inventory and replenishment, watching demand, committed orders and expected deliveries
• Set reorder points and safety stock, and flag shortages, excess stock and slow movers
• Raise and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers
• Follow up late or incomplete orders and keep supplier and product data accurate in the ERP system
• Track inbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses
• Help with basic import and export paperwork and report delays to internal teams

What they look for

• Experience coordinating inventory, procurement and replenishment activities
• Comfort working with ERP systems and keeping purchasing records accurate
• Ability to liaise with international suppliers and logistics partners
• Skill at spotting supply risks and communicating them clearly
• Detail-oriented approach to stock reconciliation and shipment documentation
