Talent Acquisition Lead, Polish Speaking (Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

Lead a client partnership's hiring delivery on an initial nine month contract, driving recruitment strategy and stakeholder relationships. The role combines hands on recruitment with service delivery and improvement work.

What you will do

• Execute the talent acquisition strategy and decide the approach for each new requisition
• Deliver a fast, effective and engaging hiring process
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates to a high standard
• Meet service level agreements and ambitious hiring targets
• Lead improvement projects for the partnership

What they look for

• Strong recruitment and client stakeholder management background
• Experience in an in house, embedded or RPO setting
• Polish language skills at near native level
• Excellent planning, time management and prioritisation with solid process control
• Comfortable analysing data and reports to drive improvements
• Enthusiastic about new technology and innovative ways of working
