Senior Growth Marketer (Google & Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

A contractor role running paid search and social campaigns whose main goal is generating qualified inbound calls and leads at a profit.

What you will do

• Design campaigns aimed at producing qualified inbound phone calls and leads
• Analyse performance fast and spot winning and losing keywords, audiences, ads and landing pages
• Cut wasted spend and move budget to profitable opportunities
• Test new messaging, offers, targeting, creative and landing pages using direct-response principles
• Monitor search terms, conversion and call tracking, attribution and landing page results

What they look for

• Expert-level Google Ads skills and solid Meta Ads experience
• A proven direct-response background with a grasp of buyer intent and behaviour
• Experience generating leads or inbound calls through paid advertising
• Ability to optimise against CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate and lead quality
• A highly analytical approach that turns campaign data into quick decisions
• Experience launching campaigns from scratch, fixing poor results and scaling winners

Nice to have

• Experience managing USD 50,000 to 100,000 or more in monthly Google Ads spend
