Own the whole digital experience of the main website, from builds and UX to conversion performance, conversational marketing and the technical setup that helps technical buyers find and convert.
What you will do
- Improve on-site user journeys, navigation, internal links and the path from entry to conversion
- Work with brand and development partners to design and build core Webflow pages
- Keep visual and component consistency as brand direction changes
- Monitor technical SEO, crawl health, indexing and Core Web Vitals
- Own GA4 and GTM event setup, filters and tracking troubleshooting across the site
- Run A/B and multivariate tests, read results and turn findings into a prioritized roadmap
What they look for
- Five to eight or more years in digital experience, web management or conversion rate optimization
- Background in B2B SaaS or infrastructure and developer tooling with technical buyers
- Hands-on CMS building experience, with Webflow preferred
- Ability to diagnose tracking gaps, fix filter misconfigurations and resolve Core Web Vitals issues independently
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, technical SEO and answer engine optimization
- Strong design sensibility and comfort collaborating with brand teams
