What you will do
- Turn each deal thesis into clear activation goals and run the cross-functional workstreams behind them
- Check what acquired firms have in people, process, data and technology, then shape the activation plan around it
- Coach relationship managers and client teams so they can offer the wider service suite with confidence
- Test and refine cross-sell playbooks, and get the sales steps and tools wired into the CRM
- Build reporting on activation progress and cross-sell results, and flag where to speed up or change course
