Shape how the rewards program delivers value to players and drives business performance by connecting player behavior, program performance and business insights into improvements.
What you will do
- Track program health through engagement, tier progression, reward utilization and business impact metrics
- Analyze player behavior and loyalty initiatives to recommend enhancements
- Assess reward costs, utilization and program economics with Finance and Analytics
- Coordinate operational requirements, testing, launches and issue resolution for enhancements
- Build data-backed business cases for loyalty innovations and use AI tools to speed analysis
