What you will do

  • Run people operations across the staff lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR systems and reporting
  • Advise leaders on hiring, performance, conduct, accommodation and workplace investigations
  • Keep up with Ontario rules on employment, human rights, accessibility, health and safety, workers' compensation and pay equity
  • Handle health and safety admin and support the joint safety committee
  • Lead the performance coaching framework, from goal setting to formal reviews
