About the role

Leads a team that builds fraud prevention frameworks and advises financial institution clients. The role combines consulting, technology adoption and regulatory compliance to reduce fraud losses.

What you will do

• Design and refine procedures and controls for fraud mitigation and identity checks
• Advise clients on fraud prevention and risk management best practices
• Create programmes that keep client satisfaction high through each engagement
• Support adoption of fraud prevention technology and analytics platforms
• Ensure fraud activities meet regulatory and industry standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on client solutions

What they look for

• Seven or more years in fraud prevention or risk management within financial services
• At least five years leading high performing teams
• Experience building teams or operational frameworks in financial institutions
• Knowledge of credit union or community bank regulations
• Background in consulting and technology driven solution delivery
