Own the worldwide customer advocacy strategy, turning customer outcomes into stories, references, reviews and speakers that support market leadership and adoption of secure AI.
What you will do
- Evolve the advocacy technology stack and build AI-assisted workflows for finding advocates and proof points
- Create programs to find, recruit, nurture and activate customer champions worldwide
- Build a global pipeline of stories and testimonials tied to top revenue priorities, working with regional marketing
- Partner with demand generation, brand, analyst relations and sales to place customer voices in campaigns and events
- Run global peer review programs and report on advocacy impact
What they look for
- Four or more years in B2B SaaS marketing
- At least two years focused on customer advocacy or a related specialty
- Experience building and scaling advocacy or reference programs
- Strong stakeholder and executive relationship skills
