Procurement Manager, Professional Services and Marketing

About the role

Handle indirect procurement for categories such as professional services and marketing. Support vendor onboarding, negotiations and compliance while improving process efficiency and transparency.

What you will do

• Support vendor onboarding, due diligence review, documentation and regular compliance checks
• Run daily procurement operations for indirect categories in line with company policies
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including RFP and RFQ processes, selection and performance reviews
• Negotiate price, quantity, delivery, SLAs and contract terms with vendors
• Help with knowledge sharing and training to strengthen procurement awareness across the organization
• Support data analysis, invoice validation and documentation tracking

What they look for

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills for vendors and stakeholders across regions
• At least five to eight years of hands on indirect procurement experience
• Knowledge of the Source to Pay process and vendor assessment procedures
• Ability to manage several projects at once with strong organization and problem solving
• Results oriented mindset with independent work and global collaboration

Nice to have

• Exposure to compliance, marketing, technology or professional services
• Background in fintech, financial services or consulting
