Regional Sales Director, Great Lakes Region

About the role

Own a five-state territory selling search and paid media services to car dealerships and dealer groups. The role is field based and focused on winning new accounts and growing existing ones.

What you will do

• Set and execute the market plan for the territory, choosing which dealers and groups to target in each state
• Meet owners, general managers and digital teams in person at stores and industry events
• Run product demos that show return on investment, then carry deals through proposal, negotiation and signature
• Keep the pipeline current in HubSpot, Gong and Seamless.ai and give leadership dependable forecasts
• Work with Client Success on handoffs and support retention and growth after the sale

What they look for

• At least five years of high performing field sales in automotive or digital advertising
• A record of closing new business and expanding long term client relationships
• Understanding of how dealerships purchase digital advertising and ease discussing SEO and paid media
