Marketing Specialist

About the role

Supports a commercial equipment business unit within a worldwide marketing organisation, acting as the link between business stakeholders and central marketing teams to deliver campaigns and events.

What you will do

• Run marketing projects from initial request through to final delivery.
• Act as the main contact linking business stakeholders with marketing support teams.
• Prepare creative briefs and route project requests through internal workflows.
• Support digital, content, media, event and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor timelines, feedback, approvals and campaign deliverables.
• Help plan marketing activities quarterly and annually and coordinate trade shows and sponsorships.

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
• At least five years of progressive marketing experience.
• Background supporting integrated multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing settings.
• Experience with trade shows, events and sponsorships.
• Knowledge of digital media, paid social and content marketing.
