About the role

A remote receptionist supports high-volume patient calls, scheduling, chart review and message routing across three primary care offices.

What you will do

Handle a large volume of inbound patient calls across all three locations
Schedule, reschedule and coordinate patient appointments
Navigate the EHR to review charts, appointment history and messages
Route refill inquiries and clinical concerns to the right provider or team member
Document interactions and escalate unclear or urgent matters per office protocols

What they look for

Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
Confidence speaking with patients, including elderly callers
Comfort navigating patient charts and EHR workflows
Clear communication and adherence to established office protocols
Ability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday

Pay

USD 5 to 6 per hour
