Mid-Level Fraud Strategy Analyst, Dispute Abuse

About the role

Drive fraud strategy, policies and analytics for dispute abuse, working with stakeholders across the enterprise to protect members from current and emerging threats.

What you will do

• Act as an expert in a financial crimes focus area, developing solutions for complex problems
• Lead or support analyses and strategy initiatives using quantitative analytical methods
• Pull insights from moderately complex data through preparation, modeling and visualization
• Use association rule learning, cluster analysis, anomaly detection and programming to spot trends
• Consult with business partners, gather requirements and recommend technology solutions
• Make sure business risks are identified, measured, monitored and controlled per policy

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree, or four years of relevant education and experience
• Four years in financial crimes, including stakeholder consultation, needs assessment and requirement translation
• Demonstrated use of fraud rules management to cut losses and fraud exposure
• Knowledge of data analysis tools, visualization and building analytical queries
