Building and maintaining laboratory software covering instrument communication, data archiving, event processing and configuration interfaces. The stack mixes modern and legacy .NET with Angular, messaging and containerised services.
What you will do
- Build maintainable C and .NET services, REST APIs and web applications
- Implement instrument communication, message handling, archiving and scheduled background jobs
- Create interfaces with Angular and TypeScript and with ASP.NET Core Razor Pages
- Handle data access through SQLite and Entity Framework Core and messaging via RabbitMQ
- Support containerised deployment, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to AI and LLM integrations, agent workflows and technical design
What they look for
- Strong hands-on C and .NET experience with ASP.NET Core and REST APIs
- Solid Angular and TypeScript skills
- Experience with SQL databases and Entity Framework Core
- Practical Docker and Kubernetes knowledge, including deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience integrating AI and LLM features, agents, tool APIs and prompt based interactions
- Automated testing, Git and CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps
Nice to have
- Razor Pages, JavaScript and jQuery
- RabbitMQ, event driven systems and Quartz.NET
- HL7 knowledge or medical and laboratory software experience
