New Business Development Specialist

About the role

A market opening role focused on growing the company's presence in Poland by building distributor and end-user relationships, with possible later expansion into the Baltic region.

What you will do

• Open the local market and establish long term partnerships with distributors
• Develop new accounts and spot business opportunities across food service, restaurants and retail
• Grow and manage existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Promote the protective equipment range to public and industrial buyers
• Follow up on leads from internal teams, trade shows and marketing

What they look for

• Roughly five years or more of B2B field sales experience
• Experience selling via distributors or directly to end users
• Ability to engage decision makers across several industries
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic approach
• Capacity to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Genuine interest in the industry and the product range
