Odoo Project Leader

About the role

Lead Odoo ERP projects for internal finance and operations teams, translating business needs into configured solutions and guiding users through adoption.

What you will do

• Collect and examine business requirements, then match them to Odoo features with demos and proof-of-concept sessions
• Set up and adapt Odoo modules alongside technical colleagues, including custom builds and issue resolution
• Run functional and user acceptance testing with stakeholders to confirm quality and fit
• Train end users and prepare documentation so new processes are adopted smoothly
• Oversee the whole implementation cycle, keeping delivery on schedule and clients satisfied
• Help draft cost estimates, schedules and feasibility assessments for project planning

What they look for

• At least three years leading Odoo projects or in a comparable position
• A degree in finance, economics or business administration
• Full professional fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Solid knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting and HR

Nice to have

• An Odoo certification or a project management qualification
