On Premise Territory Sales Manager

About the role

This field role represents a lifestyle energy drink brand across bars, restaurants, rooftops, clubs and lounges in a assigned city. The manager grows the retail footprint in hospitality, foodservice and local distribution while running sales and marketing plans with partners.

What you will do

• Grow the brand's retail presence across hospitality, foodservice and local distribution channels
• Work with partners to carry out high impact sales and marketing strategies
• Build relationships with venues and turn connections into partnerships
• Drive daily face-to-face selling in the field
• Track sales performance and retail execution using CRM tools
• Plan promotions and take part in route rides

What they look for

• One or more years in consumer goods sales, beverages or distributor sales
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfort with daily in-person field sales
• Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
• A valid driver's licence and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
