Senior Software Engineer II, LLM Observability

About the role

Build the foundational layer that makes AI workloads observable, defining how AI systems appear in telemetry and normalizing data from varied ecosystems into a consistent model. The work underpins cost analysis, anomaly detection and other AI observability experiences.

What you will do

• Design and deliver backend services and APIs in Go with an eye on clarity, cost, scale and risk
• Contribute frontend and backend code to build full-stack product features
• Set technical patterns and operational guidelines, and lead complex projects spanning multiple teams
• Work with design and product partners from discovery through delivery, shaping the technical roadmap
• Take part in on-call rotations and support software running in production
