What you will do

• Submit an existing repository for an initial assessment of licensing potential
• Receive an evaluation based on the codebase and acceptance criteria
• Explore licensing options if the repository qualifies
• Get paid under agreed terms when a transaction completes

What they look for

• Full legal rights to license the submitted source code
• Access to original repositories, including discontinued or internal projects
• No third-party material included that cannot be sublicensed
