About the role

An opportunity for owners of existing code repositories to license their source code for compensation. Repositories are assessed individually, and owners can review the estimated value before proceeding.

What you will do

• Submit an existing repository for an initial assessment of its licensing potential
• Receive an evaluation of the codebase against acceptance criteria
• Explore licensing options if the repository qualifies
• Get paid under agreed terms once a transaction completes

What they look for

• Background in software development or ownership of a software product, application or repository
• Access to original repositories such as discontinued products, internal tools or independent projects
• Code free of third-party material that cannot be sublicensed
