Lets owners of existing software repositories submit their code for assessment and license it for compensation, without committing to a traditional development engagement.

What you will do

• Submit a repository so its potential licensing value can be assessed.
• Receive an evaluation of the codebase against the applicable acceptance criteria.
• Review licensing options if the repository qualifies.
• Get paid under the agreed licensing terms once a transaction closes.

What they look for

• Software development experience or ownership of an existing product, application or repository.
• Access to original repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects or internal tools.
• Code free of third-party material the owner cannot sublicense.
