What you will do
- Design, build and maintain automated test frameworks and cases for web, API and backend services
- Work with developers and product managers on acceptance criteria, coverage and release quality
- Wire automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and track execution results
- Review code, mentor junior QA engineers and spread automation best practices
- Investigate and report defects with clear reproduction steps and logs

- Six or more years of professional QA automation experience
- Strong programming in JavaScript or TypeScript and Python
- Solid API testing experience with tools such as Postman, REST Assured or Insomnia
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of testing principles, test design, QA methods, Git and Agile or Scrum ways of working
Nice to have
- Performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS
- ISTQB or similar certifications
- Contract testing or TDD and BDD experience
