Remote-friendly role reporting to a paid media director, with the search channel treated as the biggest and most efficient paid driver. Success is judged on incremental gains, not just platform metrics.

What you will do

• Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads daily across Search, Performance Max and AI Max, covering structure, bids, budgets, keywords, copy and audi
• Grow the brand's paid presence on AI platforms, scaling ChatGPT ads and testing new LLM placements as they appear
• Set short and long term search strategy as AI reshapes the channel, tracking industry and competitor moves
• Keep an always-on A/B testing roadmap that lifts performance and justifies more spend
• Own pacing, forecasting and weekly reporting, with clear write-ups of tests and results

What they look for

• Hands-on experience managing large paid search budgets across Google and Microsoft
• Comfort with Performance Max, AI Max and app campaign formats
• Ability to read incrementality through geo holdout tests and platform plus first-party data
• Record of running structured A/B tests that improved results
• Skill at working with web, creative and analytics colleagues on landing pages and ad copy

Nice to have

• Experience buying ads on AI assistants or LLM platforms
• Background in retail or consumer electronics

• Adjust bids, budgets and campaign structure across Google and Microsoft accounts
• Review test results and plan the next experiments
• Meet web and creative teams about landing page and ad copy tests
• Write weekly performance updates and track budget pacing
