Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Run and optimize day-to-day acquisition campaigns across paid social and paid search as part of a growth marketing team. The focus is tactical campaign management that sustains momentum and scales customer acquisition.

What you will do

• Manage and analyze daily campaigns on paid social and paid search, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences and creative
• Refresh ad copy, creative assets and extensions together with the internal team
• Run structured tests on copy, creative, audience and landing pages to find performance drivers and scale winners
• Analyze performance data and produce insights tied to acquisition goals such as CPA, ROAS and cost per purchase
• Help launch new channels and campaign types as the media mix expands
• Work with internal teams on tracking and measurement, and deliver reports for weekly reviews

What they look for

• Five to eight years of hands-on paid social and paid search campaign management
• Strong command of Meta and TikTok paid social plus Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including campaign structure and automation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and pivot quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced cross-functional setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Pinterest, Reddit and tools such as Google Analytics
