Sales Development Specialist with Arabic

About the role

Drive B2B sales growth by finding and qualifying new opportunities and engaging prospective business clients. Work remotely within Bulgaria as part of an international, multicultural team.

What you will do

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in an assigned territory
• Make outbound calls following up on campaigns, website inquiries and webinars
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions
• Share accurate product information and build lasting customer relationships
• Keep CRM records of customer details and sales activity up to date
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts

What they look for

• Native-level Arabic fluency
• Good written and spoken English
• Two to three years of prior customer service or sales experience
• A track record of hitting individual or team sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and digital tools quickly

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
