What you will do
- Define the end-to-end product vision for stablecoin issuance, redemption and payment flows, sequenced to regulatory milestones
- Act as the main unblocker for engineering, setting priorities, acceptance criteria and technical trade-offs
- Work with compliance to build KYC, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring into product flows
- Design a controlled pilot with volume caps, staged merchant onboarding and clear launch criteria
- Own requirements for core banking, custody, screening and oracle partners, driving integration choices
- Shape requirements for proof-of-reserve attestation so holders can verify backing
